The following pie charts illustrate how many percentage three type of nutrients was used in normal meal, which was known unhealthy if was eaten more in the USA.
In all three features the greatest indicator was on dinner. But while snacks increased to 42 % in add sugar feature, the dinner remained biggest index, reaching 43 % in Sodium, 37 % in saturated fat and ending at 23 % in added sugar. The indicator of snacks saw a rising trend. The index increased to 14 % in Sodium and 21 % in saturated fat. Similarly, breakfast started with 14 % in Sodium and increased to 16 % in saturated fat, continued constantly 16 % in added sugar. In contrast, the index of lunch saw an opposite trend. Indicator started with 29 % in Sodium then decreased to 26 % in saturated fat and finally, showed that 19 % in sugar added.
Overall, dinner constituted the largest index and while the percentage increased dramatically for Snacks there were corresponding drops on lunch and on breakfast.
