Band 6+: There is an annual work party next month, which is held every year. Write a letter to your colleagues to co-arrange the party. Dear Mr. Sharma,

I hope you are doing well. I am writing to inform you that we are going to celebrate the annual work party next month. I want this party to be completely different from the previous one. I am planning to introduce new activities such as a raffle, music chair and so on. Apart from this, this year we arranged a variety of food be it Chinese, Mexican, Japanese, Italian and authentic Indian.

I do not want to repeat the same mistakes this year. Last year we had this party in a hotel near the sea but it was terrific as the beach was too crowded and there was no parking space so we had to park our cars on the road. So this time i am looking for a better and quiet place where we can sit with our colleagues and have fun.

I am suggesting to plan the party by meeting in person in the coffee shop outside our office.
