Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to inquire about the accommodation options at Southeastern University, London campus, where I will be enrolled in the upcoming Fall session. I am keen on residing in the college Hall of Residence and would like to discuss my accommodation and food requirements with you.

Ideally, I would prefer a premium room with an attached bathroom. Specifically, I am looking for a room with 2 closets and a study table facing the window to ensure ample natural light, which is conducive to my study routine.

In terms of food, I follow a vegan diet and would appreciate it if the cafeteria could accommodate this dietary preference. Furthermore, I have specific meal times, such as having breakfast at 7 AM and finishing dinner before sunset, typically around 5:30 PM.
