Dear sir or madam,

I am Fatima, writing this letter to inform you about the malfunction of the mixer grinder bought recently from your shop.

I bought the mixer on last Friday, as soon as I reached home I connected with to the power but not starting it’s motor to work. The switch of the mixer is in a torn out condition.

To describe this issue I have contactacted the shop ,the phone was attended by a salesman and heated upon me rather than giving any remedy for my problem. However he does not know how to handle the customers.

I would like you to look into my concern as soon as possible and I recommend you to replace me a working or else payback the full amount. Furthermore ,I think the staffs in your shop should learn how to handle a customer in a right way.

With a hope of positive response, I am stopping my letter here.
