Some people argue that education should be free of cost and it should be controlled by the government authorities. This essay agrees with the statement as I personally think that it will benefits every citizen and the nation as a whole.
Firstly, the immediate reason why education should not cost any fee is because it helps to break down the economic barriers of the country as well as mitigate the gap between rich and disadvantaged family. In other words, free education means every child has easy access to education and provided with the opportunities to learn and to develop personal growth. By granting equal educational accessibility to all people regardless of their social background and financial situation, it can culminate well-educated workforces with skilled workers which can, in return, benefit the country’s economy.
Secondly, letting the government manage the school systems will ensure that every child can learn the same curriculum even those that are from under-privilege families. If the authorities pay for all children’ education, it can lead to a more comfortable and easier lives for everyone.
