Dear Sir,
I am writing to follow up on the status of my radio which I gave it to you for repair a week ago. That radio was bought by me two weeks ago from your shop on a boxing day sale.
After a week, that radio suddenly stop functioning and started making some weird noise. I was so frustrated because I bought it for my grandfather as a birthday gift. As this happens, Instantly, I took it to your service department for the repair.
It has been already a week since I gave it to the shop and I did not heard anything regarding it’s repair. Can you please explain a reason for this delay, and get back to me as soon as you can. Also, if it takes long time to get it running as previous, I would like to request for a new piece as a replacement.
I hope you will help me in this manner and reply me as soon as you can.
