First of all, in tge first stage, the process is started riping red pods from the cacao tree. The pods are harvested. After that, they are fertilization, and it take about between 2 to 10 days. Then fertilized beans are spreat under the sun. To the end of the fieat stage bears under in the sun are roasted under 120-150°C.
