I would like to talk about a time when I complained about a dress that I ordered online for my brother’s wedding. I remember last year I ordered a beautiful dress online from one of the shops that is very famous in Lodiana district. Unfortunately, when I received it, I was unsatisfied and felt unhappy because it was not according to my choice and preferences. The color of the dress is totally different and faded and also torn in one or two places. Additionally, it was not stitched properly. So, I complained about this to the shopkeeper and told him to return my money along with delivery charges. He talked with me very nicely and politely and he said he would fix everything and give me a nice dress. After two days, I received a new dress along with the precious gift. I was surprised. It was really beautiful and stylish as compared to previous dress. I appreciate the shopkeeper and for addressing my mistakes and providing me with a new dress. As far as my feelings are concerned, then I felt very happy and joyous because I really wanted to enjoy my brother’s marriage or wearing this dress.
