The bar graph illustrates the information about the ratio of men and women workers in the university departments in the year 2012.
Overall, it is immediately apparent that most of faculties of university had more male staff, except arts education and medicine. The male staff percentage on engineering saw significant difference between opposite gender’s ratio, while in education major it was conversely.
According to the information shown in bar chart, the highest proportion of male staffs had in engineering with 85%, while the lowest for Education at 25%. There was 62% in business and science. The male’s figure in arts and medicine at a 42% and 49%, respectively.
On the other hand, the biggest ratio of female’s percentage was in the department of education with 72%. However, the lowest characteristics of this data on engineering major.
