In the business world, some companies think that their workers should dress up smartly. However, other prefer quality of work above appearance. So, which one is better?

Some shop believe that their employees should wear smart clothes, and I totally understand them. Before, going to value others things organisations often gain trust.For example, people look at your working uniform and some will think you’re professional but actually you can be totally unskill.Although, the uniform are uncomfortable, you’re pressurised to wear it for almost a day. Just like school uniform, they can be comfortable or uncomfortable, ugly or beautiful you’re still have to wear them.Organisations such as restaurants, convenient stores, hotels, … will need wear smart clothes. Wearing smart clothes doesn’t mean that the workers are well-trained.

On the other hand, others value the quality of work than appearance. This is completely true because if you have good quality of work, your organisations can be very famous and you can make a lot more money.

Personally, I think the quality would improve the organisations a lot.

In conclusion, it is okay to have nice clothes because for example a good student doesn’t mean he or she need to wear very neat uniform, they can just wear the uniform normally.I would prefer quality of work because it is more important and make sense.
