The percentage of people who were satisfied, very satisfied, and dissatisfied remained at approximately 28%, 19%, and 42%, respectively. There were many dissatisfied visitors here.
Turning to the data of the year after development in more detail It is evident that Total visitors number accelerated sharply from 74000 to 92000. The result of surveys which visitors were very satisfied increased dramatically from about 19% to 40%, which was the highest grew on the chart. Satisfied visitors rose slightly from about 28% to 45%. The percentage of visitors who are dissatisfied and very dissatisfied declined from about 42% and 8% to 22% and 3%, respectively. No response visitors were remained constant.
