The provided pictures illustrate the present and the projection changes of Huntingdon.
It can clearly be seen that in the center of the map, it is broadcast that 2 main roads in the center join together forming a roundabout. Another key point is that the airfield is going to be transformed into an industrial estate in the future.
Currently, there is a town centre situated on the east side of the map which is surrounded by the ring road. The A1 roads go from the south to the north which are located in the western, with an Airfield in the right side of the A1 roads to the north. In the north of Brampton road, there is a railway station which the track follows under 2 roads and heads to the north east direction. There is also a Built-up area that includes homes and shops, and it is placed in the eastern side and covers the town centre and railway station.
In the future, the junction between Brampton road and A1 road will be blocked. However, the road runs from west to the east and will be joined with the Brampton road, creating an entrance to the town centre. The airfield is going to be replaced, and leave the area for the future construction of an industrial estate with a sub-railway track connected to the main one.
