Overall, it is clear that there are three distinct places: centres of Longston, Peveril and Marchbank. And five different services are evaluated bynpatients, including overall average, from 1 to 10 which are very poor and excellent relatively.
Firstlyin the cwntre of Longston the worst service is response to concerns that is marked as 4.3 when the Doctor’s service is the best with 8 points. In total, this centre has the least point of 5.8 among the three.
Secondly, Peveril Centre is the best hospital with good marks especially responce to concerns is considered to be the best with 9.6 points. Although all other services are good, pharmacy has lower evaluation.
Finally, third place- Marchbank Centre is considered good with 7.2 according to marking system. In that place, doctor’s servise is better than all other services. However, patients did not get high quality of pharmacy, hence it is given 5.8 which equals to bad.
