Meanwhile, booking appointments showed the remarkable disparity between three facilities, with Peveril achieving 9.1, as opposed to Marchbank’s 7.8 and Longston’s significantly low 5.2, creating a noticeable gap of nearly 4 points between the best and worst performing centres in this category.
For the remainng categories, pharmacy received moderate scores among all locations, with Peveril again performing best at 6.3, whereas Marchbank and Longston recorded 5.8 and 5.1, respectively. Finally, response to concerns exhibited the most notable differences among the centres in all services, as Peveril scored an exceptional 9.6, compared to Marchbank’s 6.5 and Longston’s remarkably poor 4.3, representing the lowest figure recorded in the entire table.
