Overall, patients give their highest ratings for doctors’ service in the Longston and Marchbank Center, while response to concerns and booking appointments are highly evaluated aspects by those in the Peveril Center. Additionally, Peveril Center receives the highest overall positive feedback.
Regarding the categories with significantly positive responses, most of the patients in three centers express a high level of satisfaction with the doctors’ service, with Peveril leading at 8.7, followed closely by Marchbank at 8.4, and Longston at 8.0. Booking appointments is rated much more positively by patients in Peveril (9.1) and Marchbank (7.8), which are nearly twice as much as those in Longston (5.2). Meanwhile, child care services received similarly happy ratings, Longston receiving 6.3 and Peveril and Marching achieving from 7.3 to 7.5.
In terms of remaining aspects, the highest ratings are recorded by patients in Peveril for response to concerns (9.6), doubling that of those in Longston (4.3) and Marchbank (6.5). By contrast, pharmacies receive the lowest score in all three centers, ranging from 5.1 to 6.3 points. As a result, Longston stands for the lowest position of overall rating (5.8); however, Peveril and Marchbank get much higher positive assessments, with the former ranking first at 8.3 points and the latter at 7.3 points.
