Dear Sir or Madam

I hope this letter finds you well and in good spirits. I am writing to complain about the language teaching methods. I have taken part in this course, but unfortunately, it did not fulfill my expectations. So I decided to write this letter; I hope you will take into account my stance and help improve the course quality for future students. However, I believe your teaching methods are poor. You need to change your lesson style a bit. Firstly, there was a lack of practical exercises and interactive activities in which students would use the language in real-life situations. Secondly, there was not enough audio and video material to develop listening comprehension skills. I suggest the following improvements to solve this issue: Increase practical activities and decide on each level’s teaching methods. For example, for beginner, intermediate… conversation, teaching techniques. If these changes are implemented, the course will become more engaging and effective. I look forward to your prompt response.
