The flow chart shows information on the process to making and sale of strawberry jam.
Overall, there are five main stages of production and sale of strawberry jam, all of them used different equpments or vihicls, including harvest from the field, transport to the farmhouse, preparing berries, cooking and transfer to shops and supermarket.
In the first stage, strawberries are harvested by farmers from the field, then puted in containers and transported to farmhouse. In the next stage, before berries are washed they are chected for mold and bruesing, the folowing step is that, they are cut in halves or quaters and tranfered to saucepan with sugar, where strawberries are stired, mashed and placed in refrigerator. After a few hours, saucepan with mixture is put on low heat and start to stir, before they became thich they are cooled for 5 minutes. At this point, when mixure is started bubbing add more heat and cooked them for 20 to 40 minutes. When strawberries will be cooked put them on hot sterilzed jars and placed in refrigerator overnight. In the final stage is that, strawberries jars are labeled and sealed and transfered to shops for sale.
