I attended a meeting at your hotel on the 10th of May. I am writing to inform you about some important papers I left at my hotel room during my last conducted meeting at your hotel.
I attended a business meeting at your hotel on the 10th of May and got home realize I had forgotten my work documents in an envelope which I left on the dresser in the room.
These documents are really important to me as they contain minutes of the meeting that my company just had and I need to submit them at the office by Monday next week to avoid getting a sanction from my employer.
It would be very much appreciated if I could get an email back with details of when I can come to the hotel to pick up those documents.Looking forward to your response.
