The table provides data comparison about the number of greenhouse gas emissions and renewable energy production for France, South Korea, Australia, Canada, Indonesia, South Africa, Iran, and Saudi Arabia in the year of 2019.
In terms of greenhouse gas emissions in 2019, Canada owned the biggest number for it, led with 730,000 kilo tonnes of CO2, followed by South Korea which only differed by 2,000 kilo tonnes respectively. Meawhile, South Africa comparatively had fewer number for their discharged, at 380,000 kilo tonnes accordingly. In the same year, Canada also led the renewable energy share by 22.1%, compared to Saudi Arabia that only had 0% as the lowest.
When it comes to greenhouse gas emissions per capita, in the year of 2019, Indonesia had the smallest figures by only 2.7, then France coming after with 6.55 in detail. Although, Australia made the highest number for 21.49 respectively.
Overall, Canada made the highest greenhouse gas emissions in 2019, while South Africa recorded as the fewest. Eventhough Canada had the highest greenhouse gas emissions number, they also improved their renewable energy share by retrieved as the largest renewable energy share, compared to Saudi Arabia which had the lowest percentage. On top of that, Australia held the number one position of being the largest number for greenhouse gas emissions per capita, followed by Canada, and the fewest are Indonesia and France.
