Today, I would like to talk about the Taj Mahal. The Taj Mahal is one of the most famous historical monuments in India. It is located in Agra, not New Delhi. It was built by Shah Jahan around 1682 as a remembrance of his beloved wife, Mumtaz Mahal. The reason I like this monument is that it was built by Shah Jahan as a symbol of love for his wife. One of the most important features of this monument is the Mumtaz Mahal tomb in the center. It was built by about 20,000 workers and took about 12 years to construct. Another great attraction is that it is situated on the banks of the river Yamuna, with beautiful gardens surrounding three sides of the monument. An important aspect is that it was constructed using precious stones and white marble, giving it a shining appearance. The Taj Mahal is a significant tourist destination in India, with about 5 million people visiting it every year. It is truly one of the most spectacular buildings in India, and I like to visit it every year.
