Personally, I’ve had the opportunity to interact with various people handling customer service rules but I’m going to talk about one time when I went to the bank to have some money deposited and also make clarifications on issues I had regarding my bank account. And the major focus that day was making complaints about the issues I had. And the lady who attended to me, the customer service personnel, was really listening. She was really focused on what I was telling her and gave listening ears to me at every point of the conversation. And she did a great work trying to assist me in getting to the final destination where I was headed to or trying to achieve what I came to the bank for. And I really consider that to be an excellent customer service because she wasn’t rude about it. She was on a professional level with me, listening to my complaints and giving ideas when necessary and that’s a really amazing way to handle customers because most customers they come in with their personal issues and it would be and it would be a very nice thing if the individuals handling these rules are open to listening and accommodating the customers to hear their pleas and their concerns. And it was really nice, it was a really nice customer service. one.
