Personally, I've had the opportunity to interact with various people handling customer service roles, but I'm going to talk about one time when I went to the bank to deposit some money and also clarify issues I had regarding my bank account. The major focus that day was making complaints about the issues I faced. The lady who attended to me, the customer service personnel, was really listening. She was focused on what I was telling her and gave me her full attention at every point of the conversation. She did a great job assisting me in reaching the final destination of what I was trying to achieve at the bank. I consider that to be excellent customer service because she wasn't rude. She maintained a professional demeanor, listened to my complaints, and offered suggestions when necessary. That's an amazing way to handle customers because most customers come in with personal issues. It would be very beneficial if the individuals handling these roles are open to listening and accommodating customers to hear their pleas and concerns. It was really nice; it was excellent customer service.
