Dear Timothy,

It’s been so long since we last were in touch but I haven’t forgotten all the wonderful times we spent together last yar.

The lessons we learnt from our first job are for life time. In my inceptive job, I experienced quite difficulties in settling up and also faced the same situation which you are facing now at your work place.

I was newbie in my team but in two months, my leaning graph raised rapidly. However, because of favourtism, my manager always give credit to another team member for my work and I only got the feedbacks. This not only demotivated me but additionally I started losing my enthusiasm to work efficiently.

My parents suggested me to discuss the problems with the HR. I was afraid that I will lose my job. However, I made up mind and went to HR and speak out my issues. As a result, my manager’s behaviour improved significantly.

It’ll be great to catch up again soon.
