I feel your situation very well as I suffered a lot last year, when I had to wake up at 3 AM early in the morning, and I needed to manage my work-life balance.
Due to early morning duty, I lost too much weight and encountered a disturbed sleep cycle. To overcome these things, I fixed my schedule to go to bed at 9 PM, so I could complete my sleep and maintain my routine work. I highly suggest you do this as well, it will help you a lot.
