Dear Prakash,
I am writing to thank you for your warm invitation. I am very glad to get an invitation from you but unfortunately, I won’t be able to make it due to some urgent production release of my current project.
Let me explain my situation in more detail. I have recently started working on fixing one of the crucial vulnerabilities in our bank customer information application which affected many customers across the globe. Furthermore, it caused a huge dissatisfaction among the customers as they have difficulty accessing or updating their details. Consequently, we should emphasize the issue inevitably and provide the required fix to avoid further proliferation.
Could you let me know of another time that would work out for you? I would love to come to your place and spend some valuable time together. To be honest, I am badly missing your mom’s handmade cookies. I hope she is doing good. I’ll be free from next May onwards as my final production release date is in mid-April and I’ll also be free in winter as we don’t have a Furlow period from the first week of September and stretches up to the end of December.
please let me know.
Your friend,
Om
