Interestingly, both breakfast and snacks contain 14% sodium, the lowest among the four meals.
Secondly, it is the proportion of fat contained in foods. For instance, dinner and lunch have more fat—37% and 26%,respectively—whereas snacks and breakfast contain 21% and 16%, in that order.
