The graph gives information about how many percent of international students graduated from universities in several Canadian regions over a period of 5 years, between 2001 and 2006. Overall, by 2006, the percentage of international students graduating based on several areas in Canada had increased significantly, except Alberta province, which was decreasing for the last 5 years.
From 2001, New Brunswick had the highest number of overseas students than other areas at around 7 %. It was followed by Nova Scotia with over 6.5 %.
By 2006, some parts of Canada experienced a considerable increase in their share of international graduates. Universities in British Columbia and Nova Scotia shared the second highest number; it has increased up to 10.5%.In addition, there was a slight difference with Nova Scotia at over 10 %.
By 2006, the percentage of Alberta province had decreased from 5.7% to 4.4% while universities from Ontario had climbed to 6 % from 3 %. Manitoba experienced the same points as Newfoundland and Labrador from 3.5% to 7%.
However, only the province of Alberta had tailed off whilst other areas rocketed by 2 or 4 points.
