Manitoba and Newfoundland and Labrador were close in graduation rates at about 3.7%, with Ontario recording the lowest percentage at just around 3%.
In contrast, 2006 saw an increase in overseas students graduating, with New Brunswick reaching approximately 11.8%. British Columbia followed with around 10.3%, and Nova Scotia had an estimated 10.2%. Interestingly, Alberta reported only about 4.2% of international students graduating in 2006. Additionally, Manitoba and Newfoundland and Labrador exhibited improvements, with around 7% of their graduating students coming from other countries. Finally, Ontario had 6% of students completing their studies within the province.
