At the begining of the period average amount of graduates were consisted of approximately 10 percent.Additionally, the highest position was kept in Cambridge, which means that students from other countries graduated this university successfully, while Bristol contained minority amount of degree holders at that time.
However, the least number concerned London in 2000. On the other hand London and its learners increased gradually in 2015. Nevertheless, record number was taken by Oxford superior, while Cambridge mitigated only 2 persent and included 23 percent of total percentage. All cities evolved and peaked to the top to the end of the period.
