Band 5: Cost for watching films and the market share between the three types (User-Written IELTS Writing Task 1 Sample)

The line graph demonstrates the price for watching films in the primary forms namely,cinema ticket,DVD and legal downloads along with proportion part of market by the 3 formats from 2005 to 2011 in the pie charts.

Overall, it clearly seen that the three figures were follows increasing trend ,whenever legal download rose significantly along with the two categories were decreased in later years.

Focusing the line graph, the cinema ticket was 9 pounds in 2005 to 14 pounds in 2011 .Moving to legal download, despite it was 6 pounds in 2005 which decline in 2007 approximately 2 pounds ,while the cost was rose rapidly and reached to around 9 pounds in 2011.There was an upward trend for DVD which grew 6 pounds to 8 pounds in 2011.

For the pie charts, there was a significant rose in a watching films which 5 % to 56% in over the 7 years .On the contrary,the percentage for rent a DVD and going to cinema have decreased from 59% to 26% and 36% to 18 % for rent a DVD and cinema respectively in 2011.
