Dear Mr. Saleh,

I hope this letter finds you in good health. It was a pleasure meeting you on 10th December 2024 while travelling to Sylhet from Dhaka via US Bangla airlines. I am writing this with a believe that you remember our discussion about a potential job opportunity for me at one of your restaurants based in Dhaka.

Since you run so many places across Dhaka I was wondering if there is any opening for “Catering Supervisor” at any of your restaurants. There must be so many employees involved in the catering section and it is crucial for any company to supervise the workforce accordingly with a view to maintaining and elevating the customer experience.

Being a post-graduate in hospitality management i think I have a clear understanding of catering related services and to the entire restaurant sector as a whole. Currently I am working in a 5 star restaurant in “Junior Supervisor” role in food & beverage section and performing my duties with complete professionalism. Hence my work experience and academic knowledge is the perfect combination that makes me suitable for the aforementioned position.
