The figure exhibits the process of how cheese is produced. To get cheese nine steps are needed and each stage is very significant in this operation. It starts with raw milk then ends by selling cheeses in shops.
The first phase is to convert raw milk with the aid of enzymes – special proteins which accelerate many reactions and surely, bacteria play an essential role too. By completing this stage people obtain curds – a unique edible form of raw milk. Then it is necessary to solidify it as in the next step solid pieces of curd are required. After this it is cut into many minor fragments. Fourth step going on by heating received parts of solid curds. In the fifth stage there is salting of the gained liquid to give it taste. Operation gets continued in the part of shaping that salted liquid. Then occurs the longest part of this procedure – fermentation. It takes about 2 months. Later people can package it into boxes or other things and finally can be sold in shops.
Process of making cheese demands considerable time and consists of many phases. If each stage is completed as well as it is needed, cheese can be obtained.
