Dear Sam

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing this letter to discuss about the tenancy agreement we signed. I would like to request an extention for the same as I intend to stay here longer than agreed upon. It would apreciated if our tenancy agreement gets extended by another 6 months for the appartment we are currently residing in.

My spouse recently got injured in an accident and is on a complete bed rest. She cannot do no chores, no walking and is bound to the bed for time being. Without her being able to walk it would be difficult to switch acommodation. This is the primary reason of our plans getting changed to extend the tenancy agreement.

Lastly, one concern that needs your urgent attention would be the heating system. Lately we have been struggling to get sufficient heat in the house which is making it difficult to suvive this cold weather.

Looking to hear back from you with a positive news to extend our stay and a solution for heating.
