Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to request for extension of my rental period for further six months.

Firstly, I moved this apartment before five months ago for completing my masters, and I would like to extend my staying beyond the current rental period.

Because, I will complete my course in upcoming month and I have changed my current plan to relocate to my hometown. I intend to work as an intern in a company related to my core field to gain my practical experience and enhance my skills.

Eventually, I would mention some problems in the apartment, that is lack of parking space in the parking lot. I have two motorbikes but I never parked in the parking because another person parked his vehicle in my place. So, I kindly request you to solve this problem.

I hope you will understand my concern. I am looking forward to hearing your response at your earliest convenience.
