Dear Sir or Madam,I am writing to inform you about the lose of MacBook, which is insured by your company.

During my trip to Montreal, I lost my Apple MacBook, which has worth of 2000 CAD. It is silver in colour and there were several stickers on it. At that time, it was in my brown tote bag, which is of ‘Adidas’ brand, and it has two zipper pockets with the key ring attached to the smaller one.

When i was departing from Montreal, I lost it during luggage screening because there was a massive crowd in the baggage check-in section. Even the security officers conducted a thorough search to find out it , but they were unable to get it. Fortunately, I have insurance coverage from your company.

I would like to request you to send me all the necessary documents that are essential for submitting my insurance claim. I have attached the invoice for the MacBook for your reference to process my claim. If you require any further information, you can contact me on 4165575705.
