Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to assert my complaint about the Internet connection in our city. Let me describe all problems for you so that you understand the dissatisfaction. The network connection is extremely weak to communicate over the phone. Besides, the speed of the Internet is unbearably low to send messages and surf through websites.

I will explain the significance of these problems. A considerable number of people have jobs that are closely related to social media and networks. Consequently, these misconnections are disrupting the systems of major companies. Moreover, plenty of children are not in touch with their parents because of the lack of phone connection.

However, I can offer you certain suggestions to resolve this issue. Your company should verify wires all over the city to be sure that everything works properly. Furthermore, low signal can be caused by several natural disruptions. A lightning can damage the main powerhouse. I hope you will consider my complaint with suggestions, and write me a response as soon as possible.
