I am writing this letter to highlight the collective problem of my society regarding internet connectivity. We come across to signal problems regularly and most of the time the internet connection is lost which becomes a major cause of delays in our assignments submission. You know that internet has become part and parcel of everyone’s life.
As you know, most of the people in my area are related to IT department and they have to face great loss just because of poor connection. In addition, I am a freelancer who wholly solely depends on your service. Last week, I missed one of my e-projects just because of internet load shedding. Furthermore, one of the families whose children are getting their education in USA, they were not able to connect them during that period and faced a big trauma. There are many more such cases which are not reported yet. As a whole, without internet we are not able to spend a prosperous life.
I know your company’s repute depends on your services. So, to solve these problems, I would suggest to hire active staff who should be vigilant to resolve such issues on time. Most importantly, you should install the modern technology and updated boosters. Otherwise your company will not able to survive in this community. I hope you will consider our complaint and resolve it on priority basis.
