Dear manager

I am writing this letter with the purpose of complaining about low download speed of internet connection during afew days.

The first thing which should be mentioned is that I have sent to solve this issue to you 2 days ago. However, you have neglected the problem. The weather was snowy during a week and we faced some problems with internet connections. Moreover, I can not work online at home that might affect my status at office.

This issue not only affects me but also causes inconvenience to my neighbors. We don’t have any opportunities for sharing large files and video due to sluggish connection. In order to rectify the situation, you would rather check cables and routers installed. If you do not try solve this issue promptly, i will be left with no choice but to escalate this matter to the local authorities.

I hope the problem will be solved as quickly as possible and look forward to receiving your response letter soon.
