Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. Recently, my neighbours have started to notice some issues related with internet connectivity. Previously, whenever the area was covered with clouds, the internet just worked fine but now the it does not work at all. Furthermore, when we are facing dialing issues too. Moreover, when one of my neighbours placed an international call, they found it hard to do so because the call only gets connected after a lot of tires.

Additionally, there has been an instance where a resident has faced irreversible damage, such as, one of my neighbors could not accept his college admission confirmation in time due to the poor internet. This had a very devasting affect on him as the college is not accepting his admission confirmation now due to late offer confirmation.
