Dear sir,

I hope you are doing well . My letter is regarding to the wi-fi connection issue in my area. Individuals are facing problem for this.

The problem is that the internet is not working properly from the last. The speed of the network is very slow andsome times not giving any response.

Due to the lack of internet connectivity people are unable to do their work. Some people in my town are working from home so they don’t submit their tasks on time. Many school children have online classes with the cause of low connectivity they are unable to attend their classes.

The company should pay attention to solve this issue as soon as possible as well as please replace the existing system with new one.
