The chart describes the comparison of students who are proficient in a particular foreign language according to sex in different six countries. Overall, women account for the highest percentages in all countries except Thailand. In addition, it is noticeable that romanian and indian students in both gender are the leading ones in the chart.
Starting with males whose percentages fluctuate across the six countries, in China, they stand at about 15% – a figure that is the lowest point of the chart. Romanian men who are good at a foreign language comprise at 42%. Moving on to asian countries again, indian males make up of 56% on being adept at a particular language, which is almost doubled one of those in Thailand. In Russia and Vietnam account for almost the same at around 35%.
Examining the domains for females, chinese women who are proficient in a foreign language are at about 30%, while those in Romania are quite higher at around 65%, which is the second highest sector in the chart. Thai women stand at just under 28%, whereas those in India make up of a chart-high of nearly 70%. Russian female students account for 42% and those in Vietnam comprise at 56%, being in the third place of the chart.
