The table illustrates why the adults in United Kingdom attend the arts events over a 20 years of time.The reason for attending the events as a desire to see specific performer or an artist and for celebrating the occasion decreases over the period of time.Whereas,the motivation for attending the event as result of workplace and accompanying the children as a parent increases during 20 years.
The desire to see a specific artist gradually decreases in the British people during last 20 years,which is 58% about 20 years ago as compared to 56% of today.While as a reason to celebrate the event,the trend shows a significant decrease in last 20 years with percentage decreases to 27 to 9 percent.
The reason to accompanying their child as purpose of attending the event for an Adult of Britain markedly increases during time span of 20 years with 9 to 24 percent .The purpose of attending events because of business or work place shows the similar trend over the period of 20 years with increase of 6 to 20 percent as compared to past.
