Overall, it is clear that the dinner contains the highest proportions of sodium and saturated fat, while snacks are the biggest source of added sugar.
Focusing on the sodium first, the highest percentage is found in dinner which is 43%. Lunch was the second highest, with 29%. And while both breakfast and snacks showed the same and the lowest percentages with 14% for each.
Saturated fat which is most commonly preferred meal for dinner and leading with 37%. And people consumed this meal for lunch at approximately 26%. Snacks and breakfast were the lowest figure, showing 21% and 16% respectively.
Turning on the added sugar, which was preferable meal for snacks with 42%, taking almost the half of the circle. Meanwhile, consuming sugar for dinner was the second leader with 23%. However, for the lunch, the percentage was 19% and for the breakfast the percentage was a bit low, 16% and it was the lowest figure among all added sugar consumption.
