The given graph illustrates recycling rate for 4 different materials from 1982 to 2010.
From this graph it is clear how paper and cardboard rose significantly over the other materials. Plastics changed not that much in comparison with other materials and stayed at the last place.
Paper and cardboard started increasing approximately from 65% and fell down about the same point in 1990. The following years indicator reached 80% and to the 2010 it became 70%. Glass containers almost at the same point but it started with 50% and in 1990 decreased to 40%. The next years it reached 50% and in the end of given year it spotted in 60%
Aluminium cans amounted 10% in 1990 and in 1998 it hitted 20%. In 2010 the recycling rate grow remarkably and ceased applicable 55%. Plastics almost didn’t grow and in the last year it reached around 10%.
