The process begins with the cultivation of pinapples is grown in the fields. They are met the conditions including that their crowns are spaced 26 cm apart and the temperature is maintained at 23–30°C for cultivation. After seven months, ethylene is sprayed in the plants, after which they are continued develop in five months until they are fulfilled the maturation requirements for harvesting. At this stage, pineapples are achieved 30 centimeters high and 2 kilograms in weight.
After being harvested, pinapples are categoried base on their size, respectively smallest, medium-sized and biggest. The smallest pineapples are peeled and intended for canned juice. The medium-sized are also peeled, next sliced or cut into chunks, finally they are stored in cans. As for the biggest pineapples,they are washed and placed into crates for storage and neatly arranged before being shipped overseas for sale.
