The diagram demonstrates the linear process of producing pineapple juice, canned fresh pineapple and exportation pineapple
from pineapple seeds; to reach consumers.
Overall, this process encompasses 8 key steps, commencing with growing pineapple and culminating with production juice, canning and exporting.
The first three steps involve the growth of pineapples. Initially, pineapple sprouts are grown in a warm environment of 23–30°C. After 7 months, ethylene is sprayed on them to boost their nutritional value. After an additional 5 months, the pineapples grow to a height of 30 cm and reach a weight of 2 kg.
The remaining steps produce pineapple productions ready for consumption. Once the raw material is sufficiently hydrated, the pineapple is pre-processed to remove the leaves and skin. Following this, they are put into an extractor to extract the juice, becoming pineapple juice; or sliced into pieces and canned, becoming canned fresh pineapple. To export pineapples, they are collected in large quantities in their original fruit state. During this stage, wax is sprayed on them for better preservation before being exported by sea.
