Information is presented in pie charts which delineates the gender, age and the type of games of electronic players in South Korea in the year 2003.
What is most striking when looking at the data is that male players and action games were most common. Another noteworthy observation is that the number of players under 18 and from 18 to 36 share broadly comparable static.
Concentrating first on the age and gender of players, male players accounted for 73%, predominating the female counterparts which stood at 27%. Regarding the age of the players, the percentage of players below 18 were 39, closely followed by the players from 18 to 36 years old, comprising 38%. 23% left were from those aged above 36.
Concerning the type of games people play, action games were most favoured with 43%. Among types of game 20% in them were sport games, racing games contributed 17% to the share. Role-playing and education games share identical data (7%). The remaining were from other types of games.
