The pie charts illustrate the percentages of undergraduate and postgraduate students who were satisfied with three different facilities at a university in the UK during 2007.The facilities namely schools rooms,the university cafeteria and school facilities.
Overall,it can be taken from the graph that the majority of students were happy with most facilities.In addition,students who postgraduate were genrally more pleased with the cafeteria,whereas undergraduates showed higher data with school facilities and this figures for school rooms were quite similar for both groups.
Regarding undergraduate,the highest level of satisfaction was recorded for schools rooms where 62% of students were very pleased.However,25% reported that they were not sastisfied and 13% were quite satisfied.In terms of the university cafeteria just over half of undergraduates (52%) were very satisfied. Meanwhile, 22% were quite satisfied and 26% were not, which was the highest dissatisfaction rate among the three facilities.Regarding school facilities, 52% of undergraduates were very satisfied. In addition, equal proportions of students (14%) were quite satisfied and not satisfied with these facilities.
Turning to postgraduates, the cafeteria received the most positive feedback, with approximately three quarters of students being very satisfied. Only 11% were not satisfied, while 16% were quite satisfied.As for school rooms, 63% of postgraduates were very satisfied, which was almost the same as the figure for undergraduates. Meanwhile, 14% were quite satisfied and 23% were not satisfied.Finally, in relation to school facilities, 43% of postgraduates were very satisfied. However, a relatively high proportion (32%) were quite satisfied, and 25% expressed dissatisfaction, which was higher than the corresponding figure for undergraduates.
