The line graph demonstrates how the number of visitors changed to Cardiff and Dublin between 2010 and 2020. Overall, the proportion of people visiting Cardiff saw a dramatical increase, while Dublin fell of trend. In addition, rate for the Cardiff showed all-time high at the end of the period.
With regard to Cardiff, it had approximately 1.8 million visits of people. There was a noticeable growth to 2.1 in 2013 and it stayed the same in 2014. Afterwards, a decline of roughly 400k people was from 2014 and 2017. Despite the drop, an incredibly sharp grow up was seen by Cardiff to 3.9 million in 2018. The figure that then continued to rise up to nearly 5 millions of visitors in 2020.
Moving to the category of Dublin had just under 4 million tourists in 2011. After that, the rate underwent a fluctuations, firstly it dropped to about 2,5 and rose up again to 3 million in 2013 and 2015. However there was increse, the figure started to decrease and ended at exactly 2 millions.
