The chart illustrates the total of importing tea and coffee by four countries, Canada, UK, USA and Germany in 2007.
Overall, coffee was one of the least favourite product was imported by the UK which higher than that of three others countries. Tea, however, imported by UK, USA and Germany were lower than Canada.
For the UK, approximately 13.000 tonnes of tea was by far the most product, imported, which was over triple the amount of coffee to about 4000 tones. By contrast, the amount of coffee imported by Canada was about 8000 tones, compared to about 4000 tonnes of tea, which is twofold. Interestingly, the amount of tea in Canada and coffee in UK were shared equally.
The amount of coffee imported by USA was approximately 7000 tonnes, which was around 200 tones higher than that of Germany. Similarly, with roughly 900 tonnes of tea were purchased by the USA, while there was merely around 6000 tonnes of tea bought by Germany. Tea was the most favourite product to import in both USA and Germany.
