The bar chart illustrates the volume of tea and coffee imported by the four different nations in 2007.
Overall, it is evident that the amount of tea imported by these countries was more important compared to coffee. The UK and USA worked mostly with tea, whereas in Canada, we can see a greater demand for coffee.
To begin with, the UK was the largest importer of tea, bringing in approximately 18000 tonnes, which was significantly higher than the other countries. USA also imported a considerable amount of tea, but it was lower than UK but still it was higher than Canada and Germany. Canada had the lowest tea imported among the four nations.
Moving on to coffee, Canada was the largest importer of coffee with 8000 tonnes, higher than all other countries. USA and Germany both imported moderate amounts of coffee, though Germany’s coffee imports were slightly lower than USA’s. The most interesting thing was the UK imported much less coffee compared to tea.
